Terms of service
You accept these terms before ordering a paid report.
AI-assisted output
AutoCity Labs reports and visualization images are preliminary AI-assisted outputs prepared for review by the customer or a qualified professional. They may include errors, omissions, altered geometry, invented detail, stale public data, or interpretations that require confirmation.
Professional verification
Users are responsible for verifying report content before relying on it in professional work, submissions, purchase or sale decisions, financing, design, permitting, or construction.
Not a licensed planning firm
AutoCity Labs provides software-assisted report preparation. It does not replace municipal confirmation, legal advice, survey work, zoning certificates, building permit review, or advice from a qualified professional.
Limited liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoCity Labs is not liable for decisions made from unverified report content, unavailable public data, third-party source errors, or customer-provided documents.
Failed reports
If a paid report cannot be completed into a usable result, the job is routed for retry, admin review, credit restoration, or refund review. If a visualization generation fails before a result is saved, its credit is returned automatically.
Referral rewards
Referral rewards require a confirmed real payment by a genuinely new referred account. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, referral rings, and artificial activity are ineligible. AutoCity Labs may review, withhold, cap, reject, or reverse rewards when payment is refunded or activity appears abusive. Standard accounts can receive up to 10 credited referrals unless AutoCity Labs marks the referrer as trusted.
Refunds
We review refunds manually. If we can't produce a report after you pay, you can receive a refund or credit.
Completed reports
Completed reports are not automatically refundable. If the core zoning or official plan lookup fails for your property, the job may be routed for a refund or credit.
Reports that can't be completed
If a paid report can't be completed into a usable result, the job may be marked non-recoverable and credited back to your account. Failures that can be retried, such as a temporary lookup or source problem, go back into the queue.

Data safety
We don't use your uploaded files for model training unless you opt in. Reports, source files, and generated outputs are used to fulfill your order and stored securely for delivery and support.
No training by default
Source files, generated reports, and feedback stay with your order. None of it is used for model training without your separate consent.
Optional training consent
You can turn on training consent in your dashboard under Data Safety settings. It is off by default, and buying or receiving a report never depends on it. If you opt in, consent can cover:
- Uploaded source materials
- Generated reports and outputs for the job
- Feedback submitted for product improvement
How your files are used
Uploaded files are private source material for preparing your report. Authorized administrators and the external planning analysis workflow that produces the report can access them.
For AI visualization, the source you select is processed by our private AI generation service to analyze it and render the image. Each attempt runs in its own isolated workspace, which is cleared afterward along with any temporary image files. The finished image is saved in private AutoCity Labs storage.
Data removal
You can request removal from your dashboard settings or by contacting support. We handle requests as soon as we can, and timing may vary.
We delete uploaded documents and reports on request unless we need to keep them for support, fraud prevention, legal, or accounting reasons.
Payments
Stripe processes card payments. We store the payment status, checkout email, and report delivery details needed for support and reconciliation.
